General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who concludes a distance contract with the trader.
  • Day: calendar day.
  • Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over a certain period of time.
  • Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed to him personally in such a way that future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information is possible.
  • Right of cancellation: the possibility for the consumer to renounce the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
  • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers goods and/or services to consumers at a distance.
  • Distance contract: an agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organised by the entrepreneur for the distance selling of products and/or services, one or more means of distance communication are exclusively used until the conclusion of the agreement.
  • Distance communication technique: means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur having to meet in the same room at the same time.
  • General terms and conditions: the present general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically, in such a way that it can be easily stored by the consumer.

Article 4 - The Offer
The offer must be complete and accurate, enabling the consumer to make an appropriate assessment. All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative.

Article 5 - The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out.

Article 6 - Right of Cancellation
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days, starting from the day after receipt of the product. During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product with care.

Article 7 - Costs in the Event of Cancellation
If the consumer uses the right of cancellation, the cost of returning the product is for the consumer's account.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation is excluded for products:

  1. That are in the sale or marked as non-returnable. These products are non-refundable and will not be accepted for return.
  2. Which have been manufactured by the trader according to the consumer's specifications.
  3. Which are clearly of a personal nature.
  4. Which cannot be returned due to their nature.

Article 9 - The Price
The price of the products includes VAT but excludes shipping costs. The entrepreneur can change the price within the legal framework.

Article 10 - Compliance and Guarantee
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement. A guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
